Happiness vs. Joy: What’s the Difference?

On the other hand, joy is fleeting but intense. Joy bubbles up from within, often catching us by surprise, and it doesn’t rely on external circumstances. It’s raw, spontaneous, and unforgettable, expressed in ways like laughter, tears, or just sheer excitement.
