The Art & Wisdom Of Tropophilic Governance

From restrictive organizational structures to enhancive ones, the art and wisdom of governance is evidenced on a daily basis at every level, e.g. personal, family, and professional.

Governance, in general, implies the “control” of power, any given power, because power, by definition, is continuously following its entropic nature (i.e., from order to disorder) and thus, exerting outward pressure in every possible direction.

Tropophilic governance of human power, however, is indeed an art, in that it has to be well executed, with little or no margin for error, to become enhancive rather than restrictive, edifying rather than destructive.

If we look around, we are surrounded by restrictive forces. Obviously, these forces are necessary to maintain a given “order,” e.g., the shape of any object, if it were not for its restrictive forces it would simply disintegrate.

Governing objects, of course, is a completely and fundamentally different endeavour than governing humans, as I’m sure we all can attest.

Human governing requires ever-growing wisdom for the ever-changing circumstances within and around us.

Tropophilic governance ensures the optimal ‘control’ and development of the human power by creating an enhancive environment with a positive hedonic tone conducive to ideal-seeking behavior towards a common vision, as opposed to the typical goal-seeking behavior (i.e., salary) developed by restrictive governance such as the still pervasive bureaucracy.

Perhaps the biggest obstacle for the transformation of pervasive bureaucracies around the world, despite their extremely negative hedonic tone and their extensive pathological implications, has been the complete misunderstanding of what a hierarchy is and what it is supposed to achieve. I have written about it here, so I wont go into it again. Suffice it to say, that the transformation from toxic bureaucracies into Tropophilic structures is warranted because only Tropophilic organizations are able to thrive on uncertainty!

To the Health of Your Tropophilic Governance!
