The main challenges for today's leaders are related to their ability to have a crystal-clear vision about their most desirable future and their ability to convey this vision. Having a crystal-clear vision does not require any organizational structure. Being able to fully convey this vision, however, requires an enhancive and tropophilic non-dominant hierarchy based on moral authority, transparency, and integrity.
