Yes, millennials do have a much higher sense of purpose hence their inability to put up with an organization that does not offer a brighter future i..e, most of them!

Don’t fool yourself, just because you say it or believe in it, does not make it reality. Changing the name from “manager” to whatever, is an outdated and pathetic gimmick that never worked!
Just forget about turnover for sencond, and focus on creating an organizational environment conducive to ideal-seeking behavior. Or better yet, turn your company into Tropophilic one!
