You obviously have not lived in Venezuela and have NO clue about the atrocities of the narco-regime such as the execution of Oscar Perez. Yes, previous governments did neglect the poor and paved the way for a populist but inept and egomaniac Chavez but everything pales in comparison with the corruption and crimes committed by the current narco-regime. Blaming the US is the easy scape-goating game.
